GRESB Developer Assessment

The Developer Assessment evaluates the ESG performance of companies and fund managers that focus on development activities, rather than the management of standing investments. It contains 40 indicators drawn from the GRESB Real Estate Assessment, including the 14 indicators from the New Construction & Major Renovations (NC&MR) Aspect. The methodology is consistent across different regions, investment vehicles and property types and aligns with international reporting frameworks, such as GRI and PRI.
